Share Your Expertise with the Global Technology Law Community. We invite thought leaders and practitioners to submit proposals for panel discussions, workshops, and keynote presentations that advance meaningful discussion.

Speaking at an ITL Conference is a distinguished opportunity. The Program Planning Committee carefully reviews every submission to develop a balanced, engaging agenda featuring timely topics and diverse perspectives. Review the topics of interest here and submit your proposal for consideration.

Submission Guidelines
– All proposals must be submitted through Oxford Abstracts.
– You will need an Oxford Abstracts account or can sign in using an existing Google or LinkedIn account.
– Proposals submitted by email or sent directly to the Conference Co-Chairs will not be considered.
