Conference Sponsorship Details
All sponsorship opportunities include:
- Logo visibility on the Conference website
- Sponsor recognition on the Conference Brochure, marketing emails, and printed materials, including but not limited to signage, banners, screens, etc.
- Sponsor logo and company profile within the conference mobile app
- Early-bird rate for all additional registrations and 10% registration discount on 3 or more registrants from the same firm
- Full conference recap including conference photos, and the attendee list (2 weeks prior to the conference and includes attendee name, firm/organization, city, and country only. Per privacy regulations and reasons, we cannot share contact information.)
Post Conference Visibility
Each sponsor receives the Fulfillment Report, which contains an overview of the sponsorship visibility and benefits received before, during, and after the conference.
