REGISTRATION DATES
Early Registration Deadline: 31 January 2024
Pre-registration closes: 5 March 2024 (You may still attend and register in person.)
CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
All cancellations made on or before 14 February 2024 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card or wire transfer fees, and a $80 USD administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations on or after 15 February 2024, or no-shows. Substitutions are welcome through 12:00 pm IST, Monday, Monday 4 March 2024.

To modify your registration, use this link and enter your email address and reference number found on your confirmation email. To attend the Gala Dinner and Reception, you MUST purchase a special ticket during the registration process.
The Gala Dinner and Reception is NOT included in the attendance rate.
NOTE: ITechLaw will never solicit you to pay for attendee lists. Please be aware of any scamming emails.

VISA REQUIREMENTS
” I have registered for the conference and need a visa to enter India. How do I do this?”
Visas are required for all foreign nationals entering India. Full application details may be found on the Indian government’s website.
MEALS, DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, AND REQUESTS
“Which meals are included with my registration? Will there be vegetarian or other dietary meal options at the Conference and Gala Dinner?”
Lunch and AM/PM snacks are provided on Thursday, 7 March, and Friday, 8 March. Receptions will also have provisions. Please note your dietary requirements during the online registration process, or contact memberservices@itechlaw.org in advance with your request and dietary restrictions (kosher, gluten-free, etc.). Vegetarian options will be made available at receptions and lunch buffets. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options can be made available upon request.
BADGE QUESTIONS
“I have registered for the conference but would like to make changes to my name on my badge. How do I do this?”
Your meeting badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so by modifying your registration online through our registration system or contacting memberservices@itechlaw.org for assistance. Alternatively, you may request a new badge onsite at the conference registration desk.
DRESS CODE
“What is the dress code for the 2024 International India Conference?”
Business attire is encouraged for all meetings and events. For those attending the Gala Reception and Dinner, black-tie attire is strongly encouraged; however, business and cocktail attire is also acceptable. (Gala tickets must be purchased in advance at the time of registering.)
