Early Registration Deadline: September 15, 2025
Gala Ticket Purchase Deadline:  October 23, 2025 (or until sold out)
Pre-registration closes:  October 20, 2025 (Or until sold out. Onsite registration will be available unless event sells out.)

Disclaimer: Please be aware of potential scamming emails. ITechLaw will never solicit you to pay for attendee lists and will never sell its attendee lists to outside parties.

Cancellations made on or before 14 October 2025, will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card or wire transfer fees, and a US$250 administrative fee.
No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after 15 October 2025, or for no-shows.

All substitution requests should be sent to conferences@itechlaw.org by 12:00 PT, Wednesday, 15 October 2025.

To register for the conference, visit the registration page.
To modify your registration, use this link and enter your email address and reference number found on your confirmation email.
To attend the Gala Dinner and Reception, you MUST purchase a special ticket during the registration process. The Gala Dinner and Reception is NOT included in the attendance rate.

Bulk Registrations (for group registrations of three (3) or more attendees)
Follow the instructions below.

1. Go to the registration page and enter the first attendee’s email, and select the regular price
2. Continue through registration until you reach the page asking if you would like to add another attendee
3. Click yes, and you will be taken back to the page to enter the next attendees email and select the regular price
4. Go through the registration process for the third (or more) attendee, and when you have added the last attendee, select no and proceed to the payment page
5. On the payment page you will enter the code GROUP and the 10% discount will be applied

Attire: Black-tie attire is strongly encouraged; however, business and cocktail attire is also acceptable.

Transportation: Transportation will be provided to and from the Gala Reception and Dinner. Guests will have the option to ride in classic London double decker buses to and from The Andaz to the Guildhall. Attendees will meet in the hotel lobby to board the buses.

• Single rate – 310 GBP/night (VAT included)

Booking Cut-off date: Sunday, October 5,  2025  (or until sold out)

Cancelation Policy: Guests may cancel their room reservation without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. In the event of an early departure, a fee equivalent to one night’s room rate will be charged for the unused portion of the reservation.

Booking outside the meeting dates: If you would like to book dates not available through the provided booking link, please contact the Andaz London Hotel front desk directly at +44 20 7961 1234 for further assistance.

People from certain countries including the United States will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to visit the United Kingdom for tourism, business, or short-term stays. Check this web page to see if you need an ETA or visa. The ETA is similar to the U.S. Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA).

The “UK ETA app” is an app you can download on your phone to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to the United Kingdom. It’s a digital permission to travel to the UK, not a visa, and is required for certain visitors who are not UK residents. The app is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can apply for the ETA quickly with this app.

ITechLaw will provide invitation letters for those attending the conference to obtain a travel visa. Please email conferences@itechlaw.org to request an invitation letter.

Lunch and AM/PM snacks are provided on Thursday, 30 October, and Friday, 31 October. Receptions will also have provisions. Please note your dietary requirements during the online registration process, or contact conferences@itechlaw.org in advance with your request and dietary restrictions. Vegetarian options will be made available at receptions and lunch buffets. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options can be made available upon request.

Please note, Dietary Restrictions refers to specific limitations or requirements related to food intake. For ITechLaw events, dietary restrictions such as variations of vegetarian/vegan (i.e. pescatarian, ovo-vegetarian, pollotarian, lacto vegetarianism, etc.) may receive Vegan plates.

Your conference badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so by modifying your registration online through our registration system or contacting conferences@itechlaw.org for assistance. Alternatively, you may request a new badge onsite at the conference registration desk.

Business attire is encouraged for all meetings and events. For those attending the Gala Reception and Dinner, black-tie attire is strongly encouraged; however, business and cocktail attire is also acceptable.

Wireless access will be available throughout the conference. Instructions to connect to Wi-Fi will be provided onsite.
