To register for the conference, visit the registration page.
To modify your registration, use this link and enter your email address and reference number found on your confirmation email.
To attend the Gala Dinner and Reception, you MUST purchase a special ticket during the registration process. The Gala Dinner and Reception is NOT included in the attendance rate.
NOTE: ITechLaw will never solicit you to pay for attendee lists. Please be aware of any scamming emails.

Bulk Registrations (for group registrations of three (3) or more attendees)
Follow the instructions below.

1. Go to the registration page and enter the first attendee’s email, and select the regular price
2. Continue through registration until you reach the page asking if you would like to add another attendee
3. Click yes, and you will be taken back to the page to enter the next attendees email and select the regular price
4. Go through the registration process for the third (or more) attendee, and when you have added the last attendee, select no and proceed to the payment page
5. On the payment page you will enter the code GROUP and the 10% discount will be applied

Early Registration Deadline: 20 April 2025
Gala Ticket Purchase Deadline: 30 April 2025 (or until sold out)
Pre-registration closes: 10 May 2025 (You may still attend and register in person.)

We have noticed an increase in scam emails offering conference attendee lists for upcoming events for a fee. This scam is widespread, with scammers primarily phishing for personal information.

The companies offering to sell these are NOT affiliated with ITechLaw and are NOT authorized to contact you for any reason. Do not reply to these requests. Nearly all third parties offering to sell attendee lists are engaging in a scam. Do not respond to the email or purchase these lists.

Please note, that ITechLaw has filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission. You can file report as well at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov.

Scammers utilize web crawlers or email “scraper” programs to gather data from websites. They seek out information such as names, emails, and any event information they can gather. After collecting information, they launch mass email campaigns to assess the legitimacy of the gathered email addresses.

ITechLaw will never solicit you to pay for attendee lists and will never sell its attendee lists to outside parties.

Cancellations made on or before 14 April 2025, will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card or wire transfer fees, and a US$250 administrative fee.
No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after 15 April 2025, or for no-shows.
All substitution requests should be sent to conferences@itechlaw.org by 12:00 PT, Wednesday, 5 May 2025.

Which meals are included with my registration? Will there be vegetarian or other dietary meal options at the Conference and Gala Dinner?

Lunch and AM/PM snacks are provided on Thursday and Friday. Receptions will also have provisions. Please note your dietary requirements during the online registration process, or contact conferences@itechlaw.org in advance with your request and dietary restrictions (kosher, gluten-free, etc.). Vegetarian options will be made available at receptions and lunch buffets. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options can be made available upon request.

Please note, Dietary Restrictions refers to specific limitations or requirements related to food intake. For ITechLaw events, dietary restrictions such as variations of vegetarian/vegan (i.e. pescatarian, ovo-vegetarian, pollotarian, lacto vegetarianism, etc.) may receive Vegan plates.

• Install the app. Search for the Aventri Events App in the Google Play or App Store.
• Once downloaded, open the Aventri Events app, and enter access code 949667 or scan the QR code below.
• Tap on the event: ITechLaw 2025 World Technology Law Conference event and tap Download to open it.
• Login (only available to registered attendees) using your email address for both email address and password
• Be sure to enable notifications to receive reminders throughout the conference, including any schedule changes.

I have registered for the conference but would like to make changes to my name on my badge. How do I do this?

Your meeting badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so by modifying your registration online through our registration system or contacting conferences@itechlaw.org for assistance. Alternatively, you may request a new badge onsite at the conference registration desk.

Business attire is encouraged for all meetings and events. For those attending the Gala Reception and Dinner, black-tie attire is strongly encouraged; however, business and cocktail attire is also acceptable.

Wireless access will be available throughout the conference. Instructions to connect to Wi-Fi will be provided onsite.
