Register for the 2019 International Asia Conference

Payment options:

  • Online with American Express, Visa, or Mastercard 
  • Wire transfer to United States bank
  • Wire transfer to India local bank (an additional 18% GST tax will apply)
    • If paying locally, please register first at the above link and select the option to pay via wire transfer. Upon completion of registration, you will receive an invoice for processing. Then, contact us at for bank transfer details within India.

Registration details and frequently asked questions: 

  • Your registration includes admission to the conference sessions, access to speaker presentations and papers, a comprehensive attendee list, access to exhibits, lunch, and admittance to the Welcome Reception. The Gala Reception and Dinner is not included and must be purchased separately with registration.
  • Registration receipts will be sent immediately via email. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please call (+1) 703-506-2895 or email
  • The preferred payment method is credit card, but you may also send payment via wire transfer. All payments must be received by 20 January 2019 or you will be asked to provide a credit card for payment onsite. 
  • If you can no longer attend the conference, you can substitute a person from your firm in your place at no fee. If you must cancel your registration, we can provide a refund based on the date of cancellation:
    • Cancellations on or before 18 December 2018 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card or wire transfer fees and a $25 administrative fee.
    • Cancellations made from 19 December 2018 to 15 January 2019 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card fees or wire transfer fees and a $25 administrative fee.
    • No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after 16 January 2019 or for no-shows.
