Student Manuscript Award Coming to ITechLaw India!

The Student Manuscript Award aims to provide up to two law students with the opportunity to present papers written by them at the 2018 ITechLaw International India Conference at Bangalore. Selected students will also be entitled to attend the India Conference and will receive the opportunity to intern with some of the technology law firms in India, who are the sponsors of the India Conference.

Latin America E-Commerce Committee Report

The South America Committee of ITechLaw has completed a rich and expansive survey that interrogates a pool of experts in important Latin American jurisdictions about key concepts pertaining to e-commerce and online transactions and how such concepts (if indeed recognized) are treated under their respective national laws. The jurisdictions surveyed include Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Puerto Rico.
