ITechLaw Survey Report: Intellectual Property and Artificial Intelligence Around the World

The “10 Questions: Intellectual Property and Artificial Intelligence Around the World” survey, developed by the ITechLaw Association IP Committee, provides a timely snapshot of how legal systems address the rapid rise of AI. Drawing on practitioners across multiple jurisdictions, the report highlights that AI is transforming invention and creativity, while IP frameworks remain grounded in human authorship. For tech lawyers, it shows that managing AI-related IP risk requires a comparative, global approach.
