Swathi Sukumar is a Senior Advocate based in New Delhi. Swathi has been counsel in numerous landmark IP disputes, and has also served as amicus curiae to assist courts on key questions of law. She holds a law degree from NALSAR and a Masters degree with honours from Columbia Law School. She is a Door Tenant at Hogarth Chambers, one of the leading sets of barristers in the field of IP in the UK.

Saurabh Anand, Akamai Technologies
Saurabh is a science Graduate-turned-lawyer and a registered Indian Patent Agent. Currently working with Akamai Technologies as Lead Counsel (Technology Law and Intellectual Property) and provides legal support and actionable advice, on a wide range of issues relating to Intellectual Property and allied laws relating to emerging technologies, e.g., applicability of laws on Artificial Intelligence, Privacy, financial sector laws, telecommunication laws etc. during new product launch in a particular jurisdiction. Rohan George, Adidem

Rohan is the founder of Adidem, a company automating legal tasks using AI and ML. He focuses on architecting legal workflows and AI product validation. Previously an equity partner at Samvad Partners, Rohan argued landmark software patentability cases, and represented stakeholders in critical tech and commercial litigation. He co-created the LegalCovid app serving 100,000+ citizens during the pandemic. Rohan helped draft Karnataka’s 2024 Cybersecurity Policy. He was part of an UNCTAD team training judges across South Asia on the TRIPS Agreement. Rohan has taught on AI and Law and Technology Law at Nalsar, Sai University and the Telengana Judicial Academy.
Deepika Kinhal, CORD

Deepika Kinhal is the CEO of CORD (Centre for Online Resolution of Disputes), where she is on a mission to harness technology to make dispute resolution fair, fast, and genuinely accessible. She has led judicial reform initiatives across multiple High Courts, advised the Supreme Court of India and NITI Aayog, and appeared before Parliamentary Standing Committees on mediation and judicial impact assessment. Her work focuses on building scalable, tech-enabled dispute resolution systems that empower businesses and individuals to resolve conflicts with dignity and clarity.

Sunil Bajpai has over 40 years of experience in government, technology and public policy. During his tenure at the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India he pioneered frameworks for India’s net neutrality rules and anti-spam measures, with other initiatives aimed at quality of service and consumer affairs. In addition to his work at Tanla Platforms, he currently serves as Chairperson of a SEBI advisory committee and as Chief Mentor at STPI Gurgaon.

Kabin is Cloudflare’s Security Regulatory Compliance Lead (APJC) with a decade of experience in cybersecurity and has built and operationalized cybersecurity compliance programs for global cloud and connectivity service providers. He began his cybersecurity-focused role in EY Singapore’s technology consulting, supporting organizations across various sectors to strengthen their security postures and meet regulatory expectations. He later led security certifications and assurance efforts and engaged regulators across multiple jurisdictions for a global hyperscaler cloud service provider.
