City View, King – 425 USD/night + taxes and fees

Booking Cut-off Date: Monday, April 20, 2026 (or until sold out)

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their room reservation without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival day. If a reservation is not cancelled before 24 hours prior to arrival, the Hotel will assess a fee equal to one nights room and tax.

Booking outside the meeting dates: The ability to extend your stay beyond the 13-15 May meeting dates is limited and subject to the hotel's availability.
