Note that as per Resolution 64/2013, issued by the URCDP on May 2013, all websites that carry out personal data treatment within Uruguayan territory must publish the conditions of such treatment in accordance with the provisions of Law 18.331. In this connection, websites collecting personal data in Uruguay must make their data privacy policies available to users.
