According to Article 132 of the TCC, violating the secrecy of communication between the parties is punishable by imprisonment from one year to three year; whereas unlawfully publicizing the contents of such communication is punishable by imprisonment from two to five years. If the communication was conducted between the offender and the victim, and it was disclosed without the victim’s consent, the punishment of imprisonment is from one to three years.
