Survey Answer:

No, however the supervisory authorities provide (formally non-binding) guidelines. Furthermore, the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (Sw. Myndigheten för samhällsskydd och beredskap) has the task to coordinate information security in Sweden, covering both public and private sector (organizations, municipalities, authorities, companies and individuals).
