Yes, provisions on information security within the field of privacy/data protection are, for example, found in the following regulations:
• The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”)
• Data Protection Act (2018:218)
• Crime Data Act (2018:1177)
• Crime Data Regulation (2008:355)
• Patient Data Act (2008:355) (see section 1.2)
• Patient Security Act (2010:659) (see section 1.2)
