The Swedish IT and Telecom Industries has developed standard contractual agreements within inter alia the following areas of IT-security:
- IT services agreements
- Cloud agreements
- IT maintenance agreements including SLA appendences
- IT project and IT infrastructure services agreements
If so, please describe the respective standards / obligations in connection to the respective type of agreement (see above).
The standard contractual agreements developed by The Swedish IT and Telecom Industries are not publicly available and we are thus not able to describe the standards / obligations.
