Cybersquatting is not a specific offence in the UK, but the English courts have creatively used trade mark law to procure offences for trade mark infringement, passing off, or potentially harassment/libel. See British Telecommunications Plc v One in a Million Ltd [1999] 1 W.L.R. 903 (which has been followed by the Scottish courts).
