A Computer Misuse Act 1990 (“CMA”)
• CMA creates cyber offences, rather than imposing obligations on businesses or individuals.

• The National Cyber Security Centre (“NCSC”) secures public and private sector networks, responds to cyber security incidents and issues publicly available practical guidance on cyber security. The NCSC does not set obligations but publishes a number of technical advice sheets. For more detail please refer to Q6 below.
