Criminal liability:
1) No special criminal offence is stipulated by the Russian legislation. Several articles of the Criminal Code mentioned above apply instead, i.e.: Article 272 re illegal access to the computer information, Article 273 re hacking tools and Article 159.6 re computer fraud.
