Although this is covered under Law No. 34 of 2006 (the Telecommunications Law), which makes it an offence to, inter alia, deliberately interrupt or destroy telecommunications facilities, unlawfully access or tap into telecommunications systems, divulge information concerning users of telecommunications networks or of their communications or inflict damage on the operation of any telecommunications network.
