Yes. It is a criminal offence under the Cybercrime Law to: i) unlawfully access a website or information system of a state authority or private entity; ii) exceed authorized access; or iii) knowingly continue access thereof.
The punishment is doubled if such access results in, inter alia, acquiring electronic data/information, acquiring confidential government information, deleting, disclosing or capturing electronic data/information, inflicting damage on beneficiaries/users, acquiring undeserved money or benefits, destroying or suspending a website or information system, changing or deleting a website (or its content, design or way of use) or impersonating the website owner or administrator.
