Survey Answer:

There are a lot of contractual standards for IT-services, covering various IT services, HW and SE procurement, outsourcing, cloud services, consulting, etc..
The most important ones is the contract standards provided by the governmental Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (Difi), the Norwegian Computer Society, which is the largest special interest society for information technology and the trade association ICT Norway, which are all generally acknowledged in the Norwegian market place.
