North Dakota has identity theft provisions, that include the unauthorized use of personal identifying information. While these does not relate specifically to computer crimes, nor does the information need be received through a computer, it does criminalize the unauthorized use of an individuals digitized or electronic signature, computerized image, or electronic mail address, along with an individual’s username and password of any digital service or computer system. N.D. Cent. Code § 12.1-23-11.
