- There is the Dutch Corporate Governance Code. The Code contains principles and best practice provisions for companies, registered in the Netherlands, that are listed on the Dutch stock exchange. The code regulates relationships between the management board, the supervisory board and the (general meeting of) shareholders. The principles can be understood as widely supported general views about good corporate governance. The principles have been elaborated in concrete best practice provisions. One of the principles covers the risk control.
