- Organizations which operate within the critical infrastructures must report digital cybersecurity incidents to the National Cyber Security Center (Nationaal Cyber Security Centrum (NCSC)) of the Ministry of Security and Justice. This authority has to request all the data it deems necessary to assist the organization which operates within the critical infrastructure, in taking measures to ensure or restore the availability and reliability of the product or service or to assess the risks for the information systems of these organizations.
