There are no express legal provisions regarding disclosure/transfer of personal data in the context of outsourcing agreement and due diligence process.
Currently, there is only the general rule mentioned above, concerning the relationships between data controllers and its processors/ vendors, being the main obligation to execute an agreement in virtue of which the processor is obliged in the same terms than the controller.
