Survey Answer:

- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural person with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 9546/EC (the “GDPR”)
- Luxembourg law of 1st August 2018 on the organization of the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données and on the general system of data protection (the “Law of 2018”)
- Luxembourg law of 30 May 2005 laying down specific provisions for the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector and amending Articles 88-2 and 88-4 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as amended (the “Law of 2005”)
