According to Article 245 of the Criminal Law it is considered a criminal offence when a person commits violation of rules on information storage and processing, which have been drawn up in accordance with an information system or the protection thereof, or violation of other safety provisions regarding computerised information systems, if it has been committed by a person responsible for conformity with such provisions, if it has been a cause of stealing, destruction or damage of the information, or other substantial harm has been caused thereby.
