There is no such specific offence defined in the Criminal Law. However, provided that specific devices are used, it could possibly be qualified as a criminal offence under Article 244 – illegal operations with automated data processing system resource influencing devices. This offence is committed when a person illegally manufactures, adapts for utilisation, disposal, distribution or storage of such a tool (device, software, computer password, access code or similar data), which is intended for the influencing of resources of an automated data processing system or with the aid of which access to an automated data processing system or a part thereof is possible for the purpose of committing a criminal offence.
