There is no specific offence defined in the Criminal Law as “computer espionage”, however, it could be qualified as a criminal offense under Article 244 (please see answer under question 5.7 below) or Article 1771 (e.g. in case of phishing, please see answer under question 5.4 above) of the Criminal Law.
