Currently, there are no dedicated laws and / or administrative measures regulating IT – Security in Kuwait. However, as we have been verbally informed by the Communication and Information Technology Regulator Authority (CITRA), CITRA is in the process of developing policies and regulations based on international standards related to the field of IT Security.
