Damage of digital information, data or software (Article 635 bis, Code of Criminal Law). This occurs when whoever intentionally damages, destroyes, deletes or disables any kind of digital information, data or softwares of someone else.
Falsification of a digital document (Article 491 bis, Code of Criminal Law). This occurs when whoever intentionally and knowngly destroys, deletes or conceals a digital document which has public reliability.
