Personal data related to compliance or breach of pecuniary obligations provided by the creditor, prior to enrollment in any database of creditworthiness, the creditor shall proceed to notify the presumed debtor or debtors of the possibility of carrying out the registration of their personal data as a result of their debt, so that within the term of thirty (30) calendar days before proceeding to such registration, the debtor may fulfill its obligations. After this period has elapsed, without them being satisfied, the creditor can proceed without further formalities to the indicated registration.
