Article 182 of the Consitution grants the right to habeas data, that allows the data subject to have access to his/her information whether it is contained in a data base or public or private record, and also the right to update, rectify or ammend the data.
Habeas data is a non formal constitutional remedy that will be decided by the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court, that must stop inmediatly any infringement to the rights to honor, personal or family privacy and right to image.
