The national courts are not bound by opinions of other nations domestic courts that have handed down decisions in similar casas.
However, if the Inter-American Court of Human Rights resolves that in a certain case the human rights of an individual were injured, it is possible this issue might determine the change of some regulation or that a provision is changed by applying the control of conventionality
