Article 253a para.3 In case of stealing or otherwise illegally acquiring personal information of citizens, the sentence shall be in accordance with the provisions of the first Paragraph.

Article 4 "Unlawfully obtaining citizens’ personal information by other means" mentioned in the third paragraph of one of the clauses of Article 253 of the Criminal Law refers to obtaining citizen's personal information by way of purchase, acceptance or exchange, or collecting such information during the process of performance of duties.
