Survey Answer:

• Law No 13.709/2018 – Data Protection Legislation
The law that protects and regulates the processing of personal data, besides changing the respective provisions of the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet in this regard. The law is not yet in force, due to the stipulated vacatio legis of 18 months.
