Phishing operations or skimming operations aiming to illegally copy data in order to commit computer fraud are also considered as fake data (see point 5.8), sometimes combined with fraud (e.g., when the user is tricked in giving his/her password). Attempts to commit this offence are also punishable. For the sentence, reference is made to point 5.4 (computer fraud) and 5.8 (faking data).
