Nikhil Narendran, Trilegal:

 Nikhil Narendran is a Partner in Trilegal in the TMT. He has advised these companies on a range of matters such as in relation to content liability, M&A, product compliances, IPR licensing and structuring, outsourcing, data protection, information technology laws etc.  He advises new age e-commerce and technology companies in India on their business models, and regulatory issues. He was the winner of the ITechLaw Association's Travelling Fellowship Award 2011. He co-authored "Block Chain for Property- A Roll Out Road Map for India" for the India Institute.

 

 

Rohan George, Samvad Partners:

 Rohan K. George specialises in intellectual property, commercial law and technology law. Rohan has worked as a corporate legal counsel, an intellectual property lawyer, an IP and commercial law litigator, and a policy analyst for various organisations advising on intellectual property, climate change law and the intersection of law and technology. 
He is currently a partner in Samvad Partners, a national corporate and commercial law firm. Prior to becoming a partner at Samvad Partners, Rohan operated an independent legal practice specialising in technology law issues and worked with the law firm Ali Associates as an intellectual property litigator. He has also written for the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) on internet policy in India and for the Centre for Trade and Development (CENTAD) on intellectual property and technology transfer, and has worked with the law firm Amarchand Mangaldas in their intellectual property practice, their transactional practice and their competition policy practice. He is a graduate of NALSAR, Hyderabad and holds an LLM as a Lawrence A. Wien Fellow from Columbia University, New York.
