Tom Torlone is a founding member and part of the leadership of Deloitte’s Outsourcing Advisory Services practice. His previous work includes over twenty years of outsourcing experience serving more than 200 clients as a service provider and advisor on all aspects of the outsourcing lifecycle. He has deep expertise in Business Process, IT, and Knowledge Based Process outsourcing markets and is called upon often to speak at conferences on these topics. He has published several papers and is one of the principal architects of Deloitte’s approach to serving clients in the outsourcing advisory space. Today, he spends most of his time advising clients regarding the potential benefits of outsourcing to their respective businesses and assessing the feasibility of alternative delivery models. His most recent clients are part of the high technology, media, life science and consumer business industries.
