Sandra A. Jeskie

Sandra A. Jeskie has a diverse national practice focused on business and technology-based litigation, including commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, software litigation, e-commerce and Internet law.  Ms. Jeskie has litigated complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and before arbitrators.  Duane Morris LLP, one of the 100 largest law firms in the world, is a full-service firm of more than 600 lawyers.

Leveraging her more than 16 years of experience as a computer scientist, Ms. Jeskie also negotiates and drafts service agreements and content Internet-related agreements.  She also counsels clients on privacy, security policies and practices, and systems development projects.

Ms. Jeskie has appeared on the faculties of dozens of professional education conferences in the United States and in other countries, has been quoted in several publications, including the National Journal's Technology Daily, Computerworld and Compliance Reporter, and has co-authored a "Contracts" chapter in an acclaimed treatise, Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts.  She has served as an adjunct Professor at Rutgers School of Law, Camden, New Jersey.
