Sam's prior representations have spanned many facets of the gaming industry including several Las Vegas and Laughlin, Nevada casino resorts, a tribal gaming operator, an international electronic gaming device manufacturer, a pari-mutuel simulcast operator and a pari-mutuel totalization systems operator.

Sam brings substantial in-house gaming experience in the areas of regulatory compliance, licensure, tribal gaming, employment law and intellectual property licensing.
