Frederick M. Joyce's telecommunications practice includes domestic and international regulations and treaties, public and private financial transactions, appellate and civil litigation matters, and state/federal telecommunications legislation, with a particular emphasis on wireless communications and new technologies such as VoIP and Broadband over Power Line.

Mr. Joyce obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Broadcast Communications magna cum laude from George Washington University, and his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he won the Leahy Prize Cup for appellate advocacy.
