What Your Registration Includes:
Your registration includes admission to the conference sessions, access to speaker presentations and papers, a comprehensive attendee list, access to exhibits, daily breakfast and lunch, and admittance to the Welcome Reception. The Gala Reception and Dinner is not included and must be purchased separately. To purchase tickets for the Gala Reception and Dinner, click here.

Group Registration:
A discount is available for groups of 3 or more people registering from the same organization. To receive the special rate, you must contact us before registering for the conference and we will inform you of how to proceed with processing the group registration. Student Registrations
Students must have a valid student ID in order to qualify for the student registration fees. You must show your valid student ID when checking in at the meeting to verify student status.
Financial Aid Program
Please contact ITechLaw Member Services memberservices@itechlaw.org to receive information regarding our CLE financial aid program. Financial aid is available to those with incomes under $50,000.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are available based on when you cancel. Cancellations made on or before March 20, 2008 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee to cover the processing cost. Cancellations made from March 21, 2008 to April 10, 2008 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after April 11, 2008 or for no-shows. You may substitute another person from your firm or company if you are unable to attend. Requests for refunds in accordance with this policy or substitutions may be submitted via email to memberservices@itechlaw.org, or call (+1) 781-876-8877.
Cancellation Deadlines
On or before March 20, 2008 – 100% refund (less $25)
March 21 – April 10, 2008 – 50% refund (less $25)
After April 11, 2008 – No refund
Confirmation of your Registration
For registrations made on-line, confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing.
