Per Josefson

Per Josefson is a partner in Mannheimer Swartling’s specialist practice for intellectual property. After having served as judicial clerk at a Swedish District Court, he joined Mannheimer Swartling in 1996 and became a partner in 2004. He sits on the editorial council of the Nordic Intellectual Property Law Review and is a member of the IP Policy Group of ICC Sweden. He is a frequent contributor to various intellectual property journals and is also a guest lecturer at Stockholm University. He has extensive experience of all types of contentious and non-contentious IP-related matters, and has been involved in high profile litigation and arbitration representing a number of major Scandinavian and international clients.
