Michael T. Hepburn's practice focuses on information technology transactions and outsourcing.  He is experienced in transactions involving outsourcing services, technology licensing and acquisition, Internet and e-commerce, maintenance and support services, consulting services, systems integration, confidentiality matters, and the protection of intellectual property.

Mr. Hepburn has represented public and private entities in connection with business process outsourcing and reengineering efforts related to call centers, financial services and data processing, as well as significant IT outsourcing initiatives related to data center operations, desktop management, network and customer care operations, and enterprise systems and application development.  He represents clients in a variety of technologically expanding industries in connection with the acquisition of technology, as well as the entities providing technology and related services in those industries.
