Marc S. Friedman has more than 30 years of experience in complex intellectual property and business matters, and in intellectual property and technology litigation and appeals, including electronic commerce, patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret matters. 

Mr. Friedman has successfully litigated large national class actions, securities cases, professional malpractice cases, breach of contract and Uniform Commercial Code suits, fraud cases, pension matters, minority stockholder suits and estate matters.  He also has litigated Lanham Act matters and provided counseling.  He is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Friedman, a frequent international lecturer, has published over 100 articles and is co-author of A Vendor's Guide to Computer Contracting.  He serves as Chair of the Intellectual Property Section, New Jersey State Bar Association, and he is a member of the New Jersey District Ethics Committee.  He is a member of the American Bar Association and Past President of the International Technology Law Association. 

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Johns Hopkins University, and his J.D. from George Washington University, with honors, where he was Editor, Law Review.
