Iain Monaghan is a Partner in his firm's Outsourcing, Technology and Commercial Group.  A recognized expert on IT matters, he has drafted and negotiated contracts on systems integration and outsourcing projects in the United Kingdom and abroad and is active in both the public and private sectors.

Mr. Monaghan's clients have included the Department for Work and Pensions, a multinational subsidiary of a U.S. corporation, Fujitsu Services Ltd., Royal & SunAlliance, Bank of Ireland and Kuala Lumpur International Airports.

He is the author of "Computer Contracts: the User’s Perspective" in the print and on-line encyclopedia of Commercial Contracts (PLC).  He has also contributed to various publications on IT and the law.
