Hotel Accommodations

The conference fee does not include accommodations.  A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the host hotel, Bellagio, at discounted rates.

The group rate is $249 (plus applicable taxes and fees) for a Deluxe Room (single or double occupancy).

The room block is available from Tuesday, April 22 through departures on Saturday, April 26.

Reservations must be made by Sunday, March 23, 2007 in order to receive the group rate.  Room rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis until each day’s room block is filled. The hotel will continue to accept reservations after this date on a space available basis only, at the current available rates.

All rooms must be guaranteed with a major credit card to be held for late arrival. Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m.  Room assignments prior to this time are subject to availability.  Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. If you vacate your room after this time, you will be charged a late charge.
