What does my registration fee include?
Your registration includes admission to the conference sessions, access to speaker presentations and papers, a comprehensive attendee list, access to exhibits, daily breakfast and lunch, and admittance to the Welcome Reception. The Gala Reception and Dinner is not included and must be purchased separately. To purchase tickets for the Gala Reception and Dinner, click here.

May I register onsite for the meeting?
Yes, you may register onsite at the meeting. However, only credit cards will be accepted for on-site registrations; checks and cash will not be accepted. Payment must be made in full for entry to the conference. We strongly encourage you to register in advance so that you will have a speedier check-in when you arrive at the meeting.

Will I receive a refund if I have to cancel my registration?
Refunds are available based on when you cancel. Cancellations made on or before March 20, 2008 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee to cover the processing cost. Cancellations made from March 21, 2008 to April 10, 2008 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after April 11, 2008 or for no-shows. You may substitute another person from your firm or company if you are unable to attend. Requests for refunds in accordance with this policy or substitutions may be submitted via email to memberservices@itechlaw.org, or call (+1) 781-876-8877.

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
For registrations made online, confirmation of registration will be immediately sent via email. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you do not receive your confirmation after 30 days, please call +1 (781) 876-8877 or e-mail memberservices@itechlaw.org.

Will I receive a receipt for my registration?
Your email confirmation will also serve as your meeting registration receipt. If you need something more detailed, please call +1 (781) 876-8877 or e-mail memberservices@itechlaw.org.

I have registered for the meeting but would like to make changes to my name on my badge. How do I do this?
Your meeting badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so onsite at the meeting registration desk. Or you may contact membershipservices@itechlaw.org with your requested change prior to the conference.

Which hotel has a room block for this meeting? What are the rates?

I'm a speaker. Where should I submit my presentation?
Please send all speaker related materials (biographies, photos, papers and presentations) to speakers@itechlaw.org. Bios and photos should be submitted on or before March 17, 2008; papers and presentations should be submitted on or before April 7, 2008.

What is the dress code for the Annual Meeting?
Business attire is encouraged for all meetings and events at the ITechLaw 2007 Annual Meeting. At the Gala Reception and Dinner, black tie is strongly encouraged; however, cocktail or business attire is also acceptable.

Will I have Internet Access while at the meeting?
Wireless Internet access will be available in ITechLaw's Internet café, located near the meeting room. In the guest rooms, Bellagio offers high speed Internet for a daily charge of $12.99. Also, wireless cards may be purchased through the Bellagio's business service center for $25.00 for a 24-hour period, from the time of activation.

Tell me more about the Gala Reception and Dinner.
The Gala Reception and Dinner is the centerpiece of the Annual Meeting. This year it will take place at the stunning Bellagio. All attendees of the ITechLaw Annual Meeting are invited to attend. Tickets must be purchased separately when you register for the meeting. Tickets will be available for purchase through April 17, 2008 and will not be available to purchase onsite at the meeting. Will there be vegetarian or other dietary meal options at the Annual Meeting and Gala Dinner?
Yes. Vegetarian options will be made available at the lunch buffets. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options can be made available upon request; please contact memberservices@itechlaw.org in advance with your request. For other dietary needs (such as kosher, gluten-free, etc.), please contact memberservices@itechlaw.org in advance to discuss your requirements.

Can I receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for attending the ITechLaw Annual Meeting?
ITechLaw is not a certified CLE provider but credits can be awarded in various jurisdictions through individual study application. The ITechLaw World Technology Conference & Annual Meeting in Las Vegas is CLE-accredited in Nevada at this time, and CLE Accreditation is pending in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington. Further information will be provided in due course.
