Registration
The Registration Desk will be open at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday and Friday. Please check-in with the Registration Desk upon arriving at the conference to receive your badge and conference materials.
Welcome Reception
All attendees are invited attend the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, April 23 at 6:30 p.m. in Monet 1 at the Bellagio. Don't miss this opportunity to network, reunite with friends and colleagues, meet newcomers, and kick off the ITechLaw conference!
Gala Reception and Dinner
The annual Gala Reception and Dinner will take place on Thursday, April 24, beginning at 7:30 p.m. A separate ticket must be purchased to attend this event. Black Tie attire is encouraged for this event.
Name Badges
Name badges must be worn for admittance to all meetings, meals, and the Gala Reception and Dinner.
Attire
Business attire is recommended for all meetings. Black Tie is encouraged at the Gala Reception and Dinner. Both the Welcome Reception and the Gala Reception will be held outdoors, so you may want to bring a light jacket, sweater or wrap for the evenings.
Internet Access
The ITechLaw Internet Café will be located in the Michelangelo room. It offers you wireless Internet access at no charge, using your own laptop, and is open throughout the conference on Thursday and Friday. The Internet Café is your place to catch up on e-mail.
Meals
Continental breakfast will be available from 8:00–8:45 a.m. Thursday and 8:00–9:00 a.m. Friday in Da Vinci 1&2. Buffet lunch will be served on Thursday and Friday on the Grand Patio.

To view and download this material, please go to http://www.itechlaw.org/events/events.asp, and enter your username and log in information. If you are not currently a member of ITechLaw, to access the site, please use your last name as your user name, and vegas as your password to access the site. Please continue to check back on this site prior to the conference; additional papers and presentations will be added.
Time Zone
Las Vegas is in the Pacific Time Zone, the same time zone as Los Angeles. When it is 9:00 a.m. in Las Vegas, it is 12:00 p.m. in New York City, 5:00 p.m. in London, and 1:00 a.m. (the following day) in Tokyo.
Bellagio Check-in and Check-Out Times
Bellagio check-in time is 3:00 p.m., however they will check you in earlier if your room is available. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. If you are checking out of the hotel prior to your departure time from the conference, please store your luggage with the hotel bell staff. ITechLaw is unable to store luggage for you.
Weather
The weather during the Annual Conference will be in the low 80's F during the day (high 20's to low 30's C), and high 50's to low 60's F (mid-teens C) during the evenings.
